When will it arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. US orders usually take 3–7 business days, Canada and Mexico 5–6, other countries 7–21. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after shipping.
Wrong address?
Email us as soon as possible. We can update it until your order is packed.
Damaged or missing?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll sort it out.
