Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not usually processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3-7 business days
  • International orders: 7-21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Niory may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be subject to the terms displayed at checkout or on the promotion page.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Niory is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

Niory is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building reception, or mailroom.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged package
  • Clear photos of the damaged product

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Niory is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import procedures.

If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, or failure to collect the package, shipping fees may not be refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item, provided it meets our Return and Refund Policy.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or fulfillment requirements.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
