Returns

Due to the nature of our wellness patch products, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still request a return after receiving the item, provided it meets our return conditions.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
